Terms and Conditions
Our Services
Junk Removal Loveland Co provides junk removal, hauling, and related cleanout services to residential and commercial customers in Loveland, Colorado and the surrounding service area. Specific pricing is confirmed on site, in writing, before any work begins.
Booking and Scheduling
Service windows provided by phone or online booking are estimates based on our crew's schedule at the time of your request. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays, but scheduled windows are not guaranteed to the minute.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing is confirmed with you on site before work begins. The quoted price will not change after loading starts unless the scope of the job changes at your request. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
What We Can and Cannot Remove
We reserve the right to decline removal of items that pose a safety hazard, require specialized disposal under state or federal law, or otherwise fall outside the scope of standard junk removal, including certain hazardous materials. Our crew will explain any such items on site.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
While our crew takes care to protect your property during service, Junk Removal Loveland Co carries insurance to address any accidental damage that may occur during removal. Please report any concerns to us promptly so we can address them.
